Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product does not meet our customers’ needs and must be returned. If your shipment does not meet your satisfaction, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange. We do not provide refunds on used or washed beddingand dispose of the items as soon as they’re received in our shop. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if the product arrives and is not in original factory packaging and is in like new, sellable condition.

Please e-mail us for a return authorization number and shipping return address.

  • Return Requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving items. If you expect needing a longer period of time to reach your boat or rv to try on bedding let us know and we can provide a longer return authorization window.
  • Please e-mail us for a return authorization number and the appropriate shipping return instructions.
  • Your name, order number and reason for return must be included in your request, e-mail:cinchfitbedding@gmail.com 
  • ALL Returns MUST have an RA number issued us.  
  • Returns must be in like-new sellable condition. “Sellable Condition” means that all returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages with all factory-supplied paperwork, packing materials, etc.  If items are received and not in sellable condition, we will not accept them for return and will not provide a refund. If you would like the items back, you will need to pay to have the items returned to you. 
  • Purchasers will be responsible for all return postage.
  • Please note the reason for the return, and please make sure that the items are properly repackaged for us to resell or to return to our vendor.
  • For higher priced items, we recommend sending your returns back to our shop fully insured for the cost of your items, and with trackable numbers.
  • Credit will be issued after inspection of your return items to our ship. If your package arrives damaged, you will be directed to work with your shipping company to process the insurance claim.
  • NO returns on Clearance Items 
  • NO returns on Custom Ordered or Made to Order Bedding. If there is an issue with fit, we will work with you to modify the item to your liking or provide a replacement product. 
  • We will notify you if we are unable to issue you a refund or that we’ve processed your refund. Please allow 3-5 additional business days to see the credit in your account.
