Returns & Refund Policy

  • Please send an email to contact@quahogbaybedding.com to initiate a return. 
  • Return Requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving items. If you expect needing a longer period of time to reach your boat or RV to try on bedding let us know and we can provide a longer return authorization window.
  • Returns must be in like-new sellable condition. “Sellable Condition” means that all returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages with all factory-supplied paperwork, packing materials, etc.  If items are received and not in sellable condition, we will not accept them for return and will not provide a refund. If you would like the items back, you will need to pay to have the items returned to you. 
  • Credit will be issued after inspection of your return items to our shop. 
  • We will notify you if we are unable to issue you a refund or that we’ve processed your refund. Please allow 3-5 additional business days to see the credit in your account.
